What If We Fire the Boss? Is It Possible in the Workforce of the Future?

At the monthly meeting of JSAHR (The Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources) attendees will learn how to create a highly scalable enterprise without human bosses, how to drive organizational agility and innovation through self-management, and how organizational self-management can create strategic business advantage on Thursday, January 14, 2016, from 7:45 to 10:00 a.m., at Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, N.J.
The featured speaker, Doug Kirkpatrick, an organizational change consultant with a knowledge of Zappos’ loyalty business model and relationship marketing, a TEDx presenter, and a former financial controller of Morning Star, will speak about how self-organization can drive innovation and create high performance teams.
The registration fee, including a full buffet breakfast, is $30.00 for JSAHR members; $40.00 for nonmembers; $25.00 for those in-transition, and $10.00 for full-time students.
