Walking Dead Fans Won’t Want to Be Alone…Be Together When Walking Dead Season 6 Ends!
It’s the end for Walking Dead fans …. or is it? Watch the feature-length finale with other “Walking Dead” horror fans on Sunday, April 3 at 9:00 p.m. when Greater Media radio station 95.9 The WRAT and Bar A, Lake Como, are holding a Walking Dead Season 6 Finale viewing party.
Bar Anticipation, which will be known as the safe-zone Bar Alexandria for the weekend, will be offering a reservation only Walking Dead themed sit-down dinner starting at 6:00 p.m. Professional make-up artist Jessica Swarer will be doing Zombie make-up for a nominal fee.
At 9:00 p.m. all Bar Alexandria TV screens, including the large screen on the main stage, will be showing the hour and a half Walking Dead season finale. Immediately following the show, 95.9 The WRAT will be holding a Walking Dead Trivia contest and a Walking Dead Spelling Bee for prizes.
“95.9 The WRAT opened Season 6 of the Walking Dead at Bar A so why not end it there as well?,” said Doug Sjonvall, WRAT marketing director. “The food is awesome, the crowd vibe is a great way to watch a show, and it makes for a great Sunday night. This episode is going to be a big one…probably the biggest in the show’s history. We’re being introduced to the new bad guy, Negan who is rumored to take out one of the main characters…It’s going to an epic episode.”
Coors Light and hosts MC Bacardi Artie and the WRAT’s Steve Hook are sponsoring the event. Admission is free until 9:00 p.m. but fans who show up after 9:00 p.m. dressed as a zombie or Walking Dead character, will be admitted at no charge.
