Visit OHI at the 2015 Elderfest Expo – Free Glucose Testing and Outreach and Enrollment Information
Ocean Health Initiatives (OHI), a federally qualified health center, is participating in the Elderfest Expo hosted by Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, Thursday, November 5, 2015, at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, 815 Route 37, Toms River, N.J., from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Mobile Medical Unit of OHI, staff, and members from the Outreach and Enrollment Department will provide free glucose testing and education about its medical services in Ocean County.
Certified navigators from the Health Insurance Marketplace of OHI will be available to answer questions about upcoming open enrollment, and to assist the public with outreach and enrollment information.

OHI is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) federally qualified health center (FQHC) with locations at 101 Second Street, Lakewood; 301 Lakehurst Road, Toms River; 333 Haywood Road, Manahawkin; Lakehurst Circle Center II, 686 Route 70 Lakehurst; a health center within the Clifton Avenue Elementary School, 625 Clifton Avenue, Lakewood; and a Mobile Medical Unit.
