Tomar Industries Acquires Willgain Enterprises
Tomar Industries, Inc., 300 Commerce Drive, Freehold, N.J., has acquired Willgain Enterprises of Middlesex, N.J. Tomar Industries, a family-owned and operated company in the packaging and janitorial industry for nearly 50 years, are distributors of a wide range of industrial packaging supplies and packaging equipment, janitorial supplies and related equipment, paper products, safety supplies, and adhesives in the tristate area.
Willgain is a full-service distributor of flexible packaging materials, machinery, film and service in New York, New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania.
The specific niche of Willgain Enterprises is shrink film and shrink film equipment. With the acquisition of Willgain, Tomar will now be a Sealed Air Shrink Packaging Premier Distributor, representing the Cryovac line of shrink film and Shanklin line of shrink equipment. Tomar will also have the ability to sell and fabricate spare parts for all types of shrink equipment, new and old.

Kevin Willmann, founder and CEO of Willgain in 1998, has joined Tomar as the director of shrink packaging. His duties include servicing his existing account base and assisting Tomar’s sales department in selling shrink film and equipment.
