Steven Tedeschi Joins Novy & Associates
Steven Tedeschi, Toms River, New Jersey, has joined the law firm of Novy & Associates, Manchester. Tedeschi will focus his practice real estate, guardianships, and estate litigation. Before joining Novy & Associates, Tedeschi held a judicial clerkship for one year with Judge Arnold Goldman in the Civil Division of Ocean County Superior Court, Toms River.
Tedeschi, who had been an English teacher at Lacey Township High School from 2009 to 2011, received his B.A. in English from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, N.J.; and a M.A. in Education with dual certification in secondary and special education from Georgian Court University, Lakewood, N.J.
He was awarded his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware; and a degree in International Law Studies from the University of Lausanne, Lausanne, Switzerland.
During the summers from 2008 to 2011, Tedeschi worked as a summer intern at the law offices of Novy & Associates, researching cases involving elder abuse and financial exploitation, and observing client financials and billing practices. As a summer intern at the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, Toms River, he conducted database research for assistant prosecutors, observed judicial proceedings and met with judges presiding over multiple courts, wrote and edited short briefs, and assisted in pre-trial witness interviews.
Tedeschi, who is active in community service projects, also participated in Wills for Heroes, creating wills at no charge for servicemen, firemen, and police officers.
