Freehold Law Firm Continues to Grow

Timothy C. Moriarty, Colts Neck; Alan L. Poliner, Manalapan; and Christina desGroseilliers, Brick, have been hired as associate attorneys at the law firm of Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone in Freehold.

Moriarty, who grew up in Long Branch and West Long Branch, graduated from Shore Regional High School. A litigator and trial lawyer, he specializes in civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts; business, commercial, and construction law and litigation, ranging from start-up sole proprietorships to large corporations; employment law; and trusts, tax and estate planning and litigation.

Before joining Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, Moriarty worked at Coughlin Duffy, LLP; Proskauer Rose LLP; Bubb Grogan Cocca, LLP; and for the past nine years at The Moriarty Law Firm as managing partner of Litigation and Appellate Practice.

He received his B.A. in economics from Trinity College, Connecticut; and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall Law School where he was a member of Order of the Coif, a national honors society. He served as appellate clerk for the Honorable Mary Catherine Cuff, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Christina desGroseilliers specializes in civil litigation and business law. Prior to joining Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, desGroseilliers was an associate at an estate planning and elder law firm in Princeton, N.J. She served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C., in the Monmouth County Criminal Division.

desGroseilliers earned a B.A. in English and professional writing from the University of Delaware; and a J.D. from Delaware Law School at Widener University where she served as the networking chairlady for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity; an active member in the First Generation Law Society; Student Ambassador for Delaware Law School; and a volunteer with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, a pro bono organization assisting low income clients with legal problems. She also worked for an estate planning firm, focusing on estate planning, estate administration, and Medicaid planning.

Alan Poliner, Manalapan, specializes in title disputes and litigation; riparian rights; and commercial litigation, including real estate, class actions, franchising, consumer fraud, unfair competition, and business torts. Before joining Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, Poliner was director of litigation at Zachter PLLC. Poliner earned both a B.S. in electrical engineering and a J.D., cum laude, from Temple University, Philadelphia.
