Congressman Tom MacArthur, Congressional District 3, is the featured speaker at Ocean County ELC (Employer Legislative Committee) meeting and breakfast on Friday, March 31, 2017, from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, 815 Route 37 West, Toms River, N.J.
Congressman MacArthur, who was elected to the House of Representatives in 2014, serves on the House Financial Services Committee. After graduating from Hofstra University, MacArthur spent 28 years in the insurance industry, and became chairman and CEO of York Risk Services Group, Inc. from 1999 to 2010
ELC meetings, open to the public, are designed to inform the business community about important legislation, provide face-to-face opportunities with key government officials, and encourage dialogue between business and government.
