Coaching Conversations to Become a Strategic HR Leader – February HR Meeting
An important tool in being an HR counselor, advisor, and coach to employees and managers is the mastery of critical coaching conversations. Learn how to draw out information from clients and employees, and how to inspire and direct them.
Jack Levitt and Marshall Calman, principals of LeaderStrong, will present Critical Coaching Conversations Thursday, February 12, 2015, at the monthly meeting of JSAHR (The Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources), from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, N.J.
Levitt and Calman will give attendees the tools to conduct coaching sessions to achieve desired results for HR professionals and their organizations. Both men presented this workshop at the GSC (Garden State Council) Annual Conference. VERITAS, a resource for background checks, is sponsoring the meeting. JSAHR is a Gold Excel award winner of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
The registration fee, including a full buffet breakfast, is $30.00 for JSAHR members; $40.00 for nonmembers; $25.00 for those in-transition, and $10.00 for full-time students. This program is pending recertification credits PHR/SPHR through HRCI and PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
