Empowered Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging – Join HR Professionals December 14
Leaders of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) are empowered to make change. They are the ones building a better future for everyone by having the courage to speak up against injustice and discrimination. Learn about DEIB leaders and what they can accomplish at the breakfast meeting of JSAHR (Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources) professionals, open to the public, on Thursday, December 14 from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune. The meeting sponsor is NJ Resources.
Rodrigo Alejandro “Rod” Colon, Jr. of Rod Colon Consulting is the featured speaker. Attendees will learn how to set and implement DEIB goals and objectives; develop and implement DEIB policies and procedures; how to provide DEIB training and education to employees; how to create a DEIB friendly workplace culture; and how to address DEIB challenges and issues.

JSAHR is a SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) affiliated chapter. This program is pending one (1) SHRM PDC and one (1) HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) recertification credit.
