New Podcast This July – Trade Secrets Revealed on Talent Show Brand Podcast
Beginning July 10, 2019, Mike Ciavolino and Donna Cardillo are hosting The Talent Brand Show, a podcast that will give listeners, hospitals and health system professionals, and HR specialists the tools, tips, and resources to recruit the best talent for health care facilities, increase employee retention and empowerment, and improve engagement and strengthen relationships with nurses.
The hosts plan to interview guests, all professionals in their fields, about employer branding, recruitment marketing, employee engagement, retention, company culture and employee empowerment.
The first guest on July 10 will be Michele Snider, president of the National Association of Healthcare Recruiters and Nurse Recruitment (NAHCR), and Talent Acquisition Leader for Eskenazi Health, Indianapolis, Indiana. Snider will discuss some of the talent acquisition strategies her system uses for nurses. Also, and as president of NAHCR, she will talk about how she sees hospitals managing the highly competitive area of recruiting and retaining top nursing talent.
Other podcast topics will include success secrets of top health care employers, career management, professional development, How Nurses Can Stay Joyfully Engaged at Every Career Stage, and The Ultimate Career Guide for Nurses, among others.

Donna Wilk Cardillo: Donna Cardillo, MA, RN, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), FAAN (Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing) is The Inspiration Nurse, traveling the world helping individuals as a keynote speaker, columnist, author, and cut-up. Her career combines more than 25 years of clinical, managerial, and business experience; and a professional singer. Cardillo’s clinical experience includes emergency and psychiatric nursing. Cardillo holds a diploma in nursing, a B.S. in Health Care Management and an MA in Corporate and Public Communication.
